2nd Annual PCMA Holiday Fest & Silent Auction

 

 

The Poly Choral Music Association is proud to announce our Second Annual Holiday Fest and Silent Auction! This year's event will be held at a private home (listed in the above invitation) on Saturday, December 10, 2011 beginning at 6:30pm. We had a great first event last year, and we anticipate an even better one this time (thank you for all your support in making last year's inaugural event a success!). You may register by printing out this invitation and submitting payment directly to Mr. Dokko, or alternatively, you may register online via Paypal by using the form below (your transaction will be secured). 2011 Annual PCMA Choral Music Department Potluck Dinner

 

Please join us for this annual dinner on Monday, September 26, 2011 at 6:30pm, this year happening in gym of Cal Heights United Methodist Church located at 3759 Orange Ave (the corner of Orange and Bixby, across the street from Hughes Middle School).

 

Why come?

  • It’s a great chance to meet other families from the Poly Choral Music Department
  • Get more information on the upcoming summer Performance Tour to Europe
  • Meet Mr. Dokko and Ms. Grace
  • Meet members of the PCMA Booster Club and perhaps find a way to help our kids behind the scenes

 

Seniors: please bring a main dish.  Underclassmen: please bring anything you wish (a side, a salad, a main, whatever you like).  If you’re bringing non-disposable utensils and/or dishes, please be sure to label them so we can return them to you at the end of the evening.  PCMA (our booster club) will provide plates, utensils, napkins, and water.  See you all there!

We hope you're ready for another fantastic year!  A couple of reminders for you:

 

  1. The first day of Chamber Choir is Thursday, September 8 PROMPTLY at 6:55 am
  2. Wednesday, September 7 is a MINIMUM DAY
  3. If your schedule is wrong, or if you wanted choir but didn't get it on your schedule, come see Mr. Dokko in room 216 as soon as possible
